you with the necessary details to arrange payment. Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of
credit card details. We accept Mastercard and Visa.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Because of the size of our business, cancellations affect us significantly. If we are able to rebook your reservation you will be re funded in full and there will be no cancellation charge.
WE RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE
For occasions where rebooking is not possible, the following charges will apply:
- 10% charge for cancellations within 1 month of booking
- 50% charge for cancellations within 14 days of booking
- 100% charge (the full booking) for cancellations within 7 days of booking
Cancellations that are made due to weather or illness, may incur a cancellation charge at Adventure Puketi’s discretion
